Being insecure in our skin, struggling with self image, struggling with our weight and confidence, it can be daunting. Trying to learn to truly love ourselves is such a huge, overwhelming process – but It can be done. Slowly. We have to rid our vocabulary of the self-deprecating thoughts and whispers that we allow to enter our minds (sometimes unknowingly) daily. And replace those with thoughts and words of self love, inspiration and body positivity. We are all unique and beautiful in our own ways. We have to embrace it.
